I made this card for our friends who are celebrating their 60th birthdays, and 40th anniversary with a 100 year party, but I forgot to photograph it in my studio before we left for the party, so I ended up photographing it in the car.
I used my JustRite stamper to stamp the “100 YEARS” onto Pure Luxury Ivory cardstock before cutting it out and embossing with with my label nestabilities die.
The white flowers on the window sheet is from Stampin’ Up!, and is secured to the Kiwi Kiss carsdtock with Copper Brads. I wrapped some Chocolate Twill around the card front and mounted the label with dimensionals.
Supplies:
- Stamps: JustRite (Stampers Dream)
- Ink: Rich Cocoa Memento (GKD)
- Paper: Kiwi Kiss (SU!), PL Ivory (GKD)
- Accessories: Window Sheet (SU!), Chocolate Twill (PTI), Label Nestabilities (GKD), Copper Brads (GKD)

That’s why we ALWAYS make at least two of everything!!! (wink) Great card and not too shabby of a pic either!! TFS!!
Very nice card…and easy to put together…that is always a good thing! Thanks for sharing.
Nice card Kurtis!
I keep repeating myself I know.
However I truly enjoy your simple statement cards.
Not all fussy, not 3-5 layers per card and over dressed.
Not a ton of embellies at once. Keeping the costs down and the beauty still way up there! You really give many of us inspiration.
Beautiful card Kurtis! I love your simplicity. You have given me inspiration. I enjoy getting your emails and checking out your blog. You have an awesome talent!
I like your card, but I don’t understand how the window sheets work. Are they hard to use?
Thanks
Donna
LOVE it! Looks great!
GREAT CARD AND GREAT IDEA! lOVE THE FLOWERS AS THEY ALMOST LOOK LIKE FIREWORKS FOR A CELEBRATION!
This is just lovely and in true Kurtis style – great color scheme and I like how you never overdo the doodads – okay, embellishments – on your cards. I immediately thought of fireworks too, just like Sandy said above.
Hi Kurt…. Totally *¤ª”˜¨*¨˜”ª¤ STUNNING *¤ª”˜¨*¨˜”ª¤
