This quick card uses the Faithful Florals stamp set by Tami Mayberry, and the Fanciful Tags stamp set by Nina Brackett, both available from Gina K. Designs.
I stamped the flower image on three small squares of colored cardstock using coordinating inks and then mounted them to the Kraft cardbase using dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment using black ink below the squares, and drew the horizontal line with a ruler and a gray marker.

Oooooh! I LOVE this card! Such a great card to use with inchies! That horizontal line on either side of the sentiment really makes the card go from nice to WOW!
