Inspire

The card that I was going to upload didn’t turn out the way I wanted so I made a new one to demonstrate the abilities of the Crop-a-dile II.

The new reach on the Big Bite allowed me to reach to the center of the paper in order to set the snap in the flowers. My old Crop-a-dile only had a reach of 1 inch, so it was much easier with the new Crop-a-dile II.

I also did the dry embossing using the adjustable guide. I could have done that with my old Crop-a-dile but there was no way that the line would be perfectly straight without the guide on the Big Bite.

I stamped the dark brown cardstock with the Open Gate Thomas Kinkade image – just to give it a little faux texture. I then distressed the edges and sewed around it with white thread.

The word “Inspire” from Stampin’ Up’s Natural Beauty stamp set was stamped in VersaMark and embossed in white embossing powder.

After adding the final touches to the Chocolate Chip cardstock I matted it onto a 3-3/4 x 4-1/4 cardfront.
