you understood the process perfectly. The nice thing about Vivid ink is that it doesn&#039;t dry out so I didn&#039;t have to re-moisten the ink as I would have to do with regular waterbased ink pads. If I was using regular ink pads then I would have &quot;huffed&quot; on it to  make sure that the ink didn&#039;t dry out. Hopefully that answers your question. :)

From what I understand from what you wrote, you didn&#039;t stamp anything on the cardstock until you had prepared the stamp completely. You covered the whole stamp with balck ink. The black ink on the trees was wiped of and you put on the green ink? The black ink was removed from the water reflection and then the blue ink was put on. Is that right. Did the black ink dry out too much while the other ink were applied to the stamp? If so how did you rehydrate it. Thank you Kurtis</description>
