There are two last stamp sets to preview – Holiday Hospitality and Warm Winter Wishes. Both are lovely winter themes that coordinate with any all of the other stamp sets released this month.

I used one of the sentiments from the Holiday Hospitality stamp set and the two snowflake images to create this card – some of you may recognize the layout from a previous card that I made for a StampTV Challenge.

The snowflake images were stamped on PL Soft Sand cardstock using white ink and the buttons from this months StampTV Kit were threaded with twine and adhered with glue dots. I stamped the sentiment on PL White cardstock, cut out with a nestabilities die, layered onto a piece of PL Chocolate Kiss cardstock and finally mounted it to the cardfront with dimensionals.

The cute snowman was stamped into PL Soft Sand cardstock and also onto a piece of PL White cardstock. I colored the white cardstock image with Copic markers and then after trimming it out, I mounted it to the cardfront with dimensionals.

I stamped a sentiment image behind the snowman using Tuscan Tan Vivid ink and then wrapped a piece of Ivory ribbon around the cardfront.

Happy Friday!

I hope that all of you had a wonderful Christmas yesterday! Momma’s cousin Ysolde (my first cousin once removed) came up to spend the holiday week with us and we have enjoyed having her here. Traditions at our house include Poppa’s homemade pizza for supper and opening presents only after we’ve cleaned the house. Needless to say we get the house cleaned quickly. :)

We did have one sad event happen on Tuesday while Ysolde and I were going shopping.  A girl sped through a stop sign, colliding with the right side of the vehicle I was driving. Clearly God was protecting us because no one was hurt in the collision. Below is a picture of the damage after the accident.

I also have a card to post today. It uses all Gina K. Designs images and some lovely patterned paper that I picked up in Kansas City. It has the song “Angels We Have Heard On High” as well as snowflakes printed on it.

Winter Joy

I stamped the two snowflake images onto Pure Luxury White cardstock using Baja Breeze and Silver Encore ink. I then trimmed the images and mounted the smaller snowflake to the larger one with a dimensional. I secured some brown ribbon around the cardfront and then adhered the snowflakes with glue dots.

The word “joy” was stamped with brown ink and then i added a few rhinestones balance it out.
