Tonight’s post marks the beginning of another Gina K. Designs release! The illustrators has several beautiful stamp sets this month, and these first sets are no exception!

“Aloha” by Theresa Momber is a fun set filled with tropical images and sentiments. “In Stitches” by Tami Mayberry has twelve stitched images to coordinate with any project and add a touch of uniqueness.

I used two images from the Aloha stamp set to create the tropical sunset theme colored with Koh-i-noor pencils and OMS. The In Stitches stamp set was used to create the unique striped pattern behind the main image.

Another card from my stamp class CASED from [a previous layout].

The flower silhouettes were inked with markers and then stamped into Pure Luxury Ivory cardstock. I cut out and embossed the panel with Nestabilities dies and added a red bow.

The kraft cardfront was stamped with the swirly stitching stamp using white ink and the sentiment was added with black ink.

Today I’m previewing th Spring Florals stamp set by Gina K.  Be sure to join us at the release party in the Gina K. Designs Member forum on Splitcoast, 7-10PM CST, Thursday, Feb 11.

The floral image was stamped onto Pure Luxury White cardstock using black ink and then colored with Copic markers: YG00, YG03, Y00, Y21, Y28, G000, and G00. I adhered a piece of PL Chocolate Kiss cardstock behind the image and sewed the two layers together using my Sew Mini. The sentiment was stamped onto PL White cardstock using black ink and then adhered over the floral image.

The cardfront is PL Green Apple and I stamped another floral image on the left side using Olive Vivid! ink. I adhered a piece of yellow ribbon behind the floral image panel and then mounted the panel to the cardfront with dimensionals.

It is time for another Gina K. Designs release! I have two samples to preview today using the stamp sets Hang in There and Hope is Faith.

This card uses the Hang in There stamp set by Theresa Momber. The adorable koala bear image was stamped with black ink onto Pure Luxury Ivory cardstock and colored with Copic markers. The koala was colored with E51, W-3, W-5, and 0. The branch was colored with E29, E71, and E77. The Background was colored with G21, YG63, YG67, and YG91.

The word “thanks” was stamped with black ink onto PL Ivory cardstock, trimmed and mounted with dimensionals. For the finishing touch, I added a piece of brown ribbon.

These two images are from the Hope is Faith stamp set that was created to raise money for Haiti (see below and Gina’s blog for more info). I crated the colored background using watercolor crayons and a paint brush on PL White cardstock. The butterfly image was stamped over the background with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and a paper pierced trail was made under it.

The PL White cardstock was mounted to a piece of PL Black Onyx cardstock and I trimmed the bottom with a scallop scissors. The cardfront is PL Moonlit Fog and the sentiment was stamped onto PL White cardstock using black ink and mounted with dimensionals to the cardfront. A blue button (new in this release) was added next to the sentiment.

I made a few of these Thank You cards to send for my birthday gifts.

The train image is from the Life Is Good stamp set by Theresa Momber from Gina K. Designs. I stamped it onto Pure Luxury Ivory cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink and colored it with Copic markers: YG95, YR23, E57, W-7, W-5, W-3, C-3, C-1, 0. I sponged Sahara Sand ink over the image and then used Crackle Accents to create the “cracked glass” technique.

The cardbase is PL Green Apple cardstock and after adding stitching to the edges of the Smoky Slate cardstock I adhered it to the cardfront and stamped the sentiment with white ink. Four silver rhinestones embellish the card.
